Traditional british restaurant in Keighley

The ambiance of Toby Carvery Keighley is classic and cozy, very much in the style of a British pub. Dark wooden furniture, warm lighting, and an open layout create a relaxed environment that invites guests to linger. The carvery area is the heart of the restaurant: here, guests can watch as the meat is freshly carved, adding a personal and interactive touch to the dining experience. The atmosphere is lively but not hectic, and especially on weekends, the space fills with chatter and the aroma of freshly prepared dishes, enhancing the feeling of a communal gathering spot.

Authentic yorkshire dales experience

Culinary offerings revolve around the famous roast, which is served daily with great care. Chefs provide a selection of slow-cooked meats such as beef, turkey, or pork, which remain juicy and tender and are carved right in front of the guests. Particularly noteworthy are the Yorkshire puddings, which come out freshly made, light, and crispy – an essential element of any carvery experience. Hand-whipped roast potatoes, golden brown on the outside and fluffy on the inside, are served with a rich gravy that rounds out the flavors. In addition to the carvery, there is also a popular all-you-can-eat breakfast featuring hearty classics like sausages, bacon, and fried eggs, which kick-starts the day nicely. For a sweet finish, the "Chocolate Fudge Cake," with its warm, chocolatey filling, is a favorite among many.

A solid wine list complements the hearty meals, while non-alcoholic options such as soft drinks or hot coffee – especially appreciated during breakfast – are also available. The bar serves as a central meeting point, inviting guests to relax a bit before or after their meal, which underscores the convivial atmosphere of the restaurant.

Larger groups can also find ample seating, and the option to reserve tables in advance makes it practical, especially on busy days like Sundays. Additionally, the restaurant offers vegetarian and vegan alternatives, prepared with the same care to appeal to a broad clientele.

My family visited for lunch on Sunday 23 Feb, it was a special occasion so we were really looking forward to it. However it turned out to be very disappointing. The beef was extremely chewy and we could not eat it, the Yorkshire puddings were flat and the refill drinks dispenser had 90% of the drinks missing. The whole thing was extremely disappointing,

The first time I've ever been let down by Toby. Firstly food not ready for 12 noon. By 12.45pm only a very limited amount of potatoes and other vegetables. Same carver also doing click and collect meals so the Que was long and slow. The potatoes weren't pre chopped or fully cooked through no mash 😕

The waitress were really nice and polite very honest and overall nice people however your waiter Mark the bald guy was very grumpy and rude toward me and my family he did-not serve us when we wanted to pay even though he looked at us and then chose to serve another MAN instead and then when we're still waiting he saw us and started to clean up and then the very nice waitress served us straight away and he was rude towards her when she asked for his key because hers didn't work but the food was amazing would come again GeForce the food

Great food as per. Shame about the feral family allowing their child to watch kids tv on their phone full volume. If only headphones or tasers had been invented 👍

Guy serving on the carvery needs training in customer service and how to deal with actual customer’s. Asked if any more Yorkshire puddings were due to come out he replied in a rude manner yeah when I go get them. Appalling reaction mate we are essentially paying your wages.

A really nice roast dinner and plenty of veg options as you'd expect. The beef and pork was well cooked and juicy. A great value Sunday roast. We ordered a meal off the under 6 menu and weren't told you still have to go collect this yourself. Perhaps we should have asked (at time of ordering). It's a shame staff dont advise you that some menu items are not delivered

The family, some from as far as london had a carvery the night before my mums funeral. Unfortunately being very polite I wish we had all stayed in and had a takeaway. Although the meat was absolutely lovely what accompanied it was pretty inedible and tastless.i had to ask for a plate so that we could all put certain food onto it that we couldn't get a knife through it, my roast potatoe ended up on the floor as it flew of my plate. We obviously tried to make the best of it in the circumstance. Cheap and cheerful it wasn't after we had added our double round of drinks. Fingers crossed that tomorrow will be a more positive day for us. It's such a shame as mum and dad had many lovely meals there in the past.
